Accessibility

Everyone is welcome at the Museum, however due to the nature of the building and the caves, there will be some areas that may not be suitable for all.

Entrance to the building is via a set of steps. Should you need access via our lift please alert the receptionist who will be happy to help . This can be done by ringing the doorbell for the Iberico tapas bar which is just ten feet right of the main Museum entrance.

We have concessionary rates and should you have the need for a carer they can visit free of charge.

We do take advice from various organisations e.g. the RNIB to help us enhance the experience we can offer to you, and we would welcome any further suggestions which may enhance the experience we could offer to you.

If you have any questions on our Museum or about your visit to Nottingham please don’t hesitate to contact Helen Shepherd on 0115 993 9822
