Digital Legacy – No one lives forever… do they?
Technology on Trial is about questioning our digital age and making sure we have all the facts in context while we do it. Death is not a cheery topic but as inevitable as… well you know the phrase, death and taxes.
January’s Technology on Trial session is dedicated to discussing digital legacy. For more information and to read the chosen articles for debate click here.
This event is FREE to attend but you’ll need to bring money for coffee and cake. Sign up for free here or RSVP by email to a.blair@rotheradowson.co.uk
For anyone unfamiliar with the Tech on Trial format it is as follows:
- A topic is selected
- Anyone interested in attending then reads the articles, shares the post about the event with friends and signs up to attend.
- On the day, Solicitor Jayne Smith from Rothera Dowson will briefly introduce each article placing it in context of the topic and will be on hand throughout the session to answer any questions.
- We discuss the topic and articles whilst drinking beverages of choice and consuming biscuits and cake!
This will be a regular event taking place on the last Friday of the month. The next session is scheduled for Friday 24th February 2012. Follow @TechonTrial for updates.
